How To Return/Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Returns/Exchange and Shipping Policy
Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns from customized items, masks, mugs, or pillows and drop shipped tees and sweatshirts (as orders are automatically fulfilled through a third party).

We do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on an order.
Draped is not responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
All orders are shipped within 7-14 days from order date Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm, unless otherwise stated.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
WE DO NOT offer rush shipping due to the "handmade process" and turnaround time unless agreed upon before purchase. Contact us here.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Please contact your local post office if packages are marked delivered but you have not received them.
If Postal Services gives us a confirmation receipt of delivery of goods to your address we cannot refund you for your missing package.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate:
$5.95- US $13.99 Everywhere Else (Worldwide)
Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
