How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns from customized items, mugs, or pillows and drop shipped tees (as orders are automatically fulfilled through a third party).
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Draped is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All orders are shipped within 7-14 days from order date Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
WE DO NOT offer rush shipping due to the "handmade process" and turnaround time.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
We will resend items to you if goods are lost in the mail.
If Postal Services gives us a confirmation receipt of delivery of goods to your address we cannot refund you for your missing package.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate:
$5.95- US $8.95-$13.99 Everywhere Else (Worldwide)
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
