How To Return/Exchange An Item Your item must be in its original condition to be returned. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Returns/Exchange and Shipping Policy
Return Exceptions Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns from customized items, masks, mugs, or pillows and drop shipped tees and sweatshirts (as orders are automatically fulfilled through a third party).

Shipping Policy All orders are shipped within 7-14 days from order date Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm, unless otherwise stated.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
WE DO NOT offer rush shipping due to the "handmade process" and turnaround time unless agreed upon before purchase. Contact us here.
Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
